About us
Founded in 1917, van Nahmen is a German family-owned fruit press with over a century of expertise in crafting premium single-variety juices and nectars. Our products are not from concentrate (NFC), preserving the authentic character, aroma and quality of carefully selected fruits.
Our portfolio is 100% vegan, with selected apple, grape and berry varieties also certified organic (BIO). Presented in elegant glass bottles in 0.75L, 0.25L and 0.20L formats, van Nahmen offers a sophisticated non-alcoholic experience for both premium retail and the HoReCa sector.
Trusted by leading hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, van Nahmen is already present across Europe and Asia and continues to expand into selected international markets.

In our portfolio you can find more that 30 different cold-pressed, single variety fruit and vegetables juices and nectars. All our products are pressed from locally sourced fruits and vegetables and are 100% vegan. Additionally, some of our apples, grapes or berries are BIO certified.
White Peach Nectar
The juice for peach nectar is obtained exclusively from White Peach variety. This variety of peach is characterized by a very intense aroma and full-bodied taste. Our fully-ripe and fragrant white peaches are sourced from our farmers from Italy. Thanks to an individual technique the farmers only pick harvestable fruits. This guarantees the consistently high quality of our products. Our white peach nectar has a fruit content of at least 50%
Apricot Nectar
We press the juice of our apricot nectar exclusively from the apricot variety Orangé de Provence, which is very rarely cultivated today.
The ripe apricots give the juice a pleasant fruit sweetness and a crisp, fresh acidity. Due to the high viscosity of the apricot nectar, the full-bodied taste lingers on the palate for some time.
Sparkling Juicy Tea Verbena Jasmine Riesling (Organic)
Created in collaboration with renowned tea sommeliers, this sophisticated non-alcoholic cuvée combines van Nahmen’s single-variety Riesling grape juice with carefully selected teas using a gentle cold brew process.
The vibrant fruitiness of Riesling provides an elegant base, while verbena, jasmine and a delicate touch of mint bring fresh floral notes and a refined Asian-inspired character. Complex yet beautifully balanced, it is a premium non-alcoholic choice for fine dining, luxury hotels and sophisticated food pairing.
Sparkling Juicy Tea White Tea-Tahiti Vanilla-Quince
A sophisticated organic, non-alcoholic sparkling cuvée with remarkable depth and complexity. The elegant fruit character of quince and ripe apple meets delicate white tea and jasmine notes, beautifully complemented by the rich sweetness of Tahiti vanilla.
Bold and full-bodied with a refined, slightly tart finish and an elegant golden-yellow colour, it offers a distinctive alternative to wine — ideal for fine dining, luxury hotels and sophisticated food pairing.

Sparkling Juicy Tea Rose-Darjeeling-Rhubarb
Created in collaboration with renowned tea sommeliers, this sophisticated non-alcoholic sparkling tea combines the delicate floral notes of Darjeeling tea with the fresh, slightly tart character of locally grown red-stemmed rhubarb juice.
Served chilled at around 8°C, it reveals an elegant aromatic balance and a beautiful salmon-pink colour. Refined and refreshing, it is a premium non-alcoholic alternative for fine dining, luxury hotels and sophisticated food pairing.
Riesling Grape Juice
Crafted from Riesling, Germany’s iconic premium grape variety, this elegant juice combines delicate notes of crisp apple, citrus and ripe peach with a fresh, sophisticated character.
Carefully selected grapes from German wine-growing regions are gently pressed using van Nahmen’s proprietary process to preserve their distinctive aroma and natural quality. Served chilled in a wine glass, it is a refined non-alcoholic choice for fine dining, premium hotels and gastronomy.
Pomegranate Juice
Made from carefully selected pomegranates, prized for their rich flavour and naturally valuable nutrients. The fruit is gently processed into 100% pure, unfiltered juice, preserving its authentic character, deep fruit intensity and distinctive sweet-tart profile.
